PRIVATE WORKSPACES

Your data in JockDeck.

JockDeck is a beta broadcast workspace. Account sign-in uses Google to verify your email and account identity. JockDeck stores that identity, your saved shows, notes, endorsements, audio-library metadata, account-access status and account sessions on its Cloudflare hosting.

Google Drive is optional

Connecting Drive separately asks for read permission to your account. JockDeck indexes the audio folders you choose. Google’s read permission covers your Drive more broadly than those folder selections. Drive credentials are encrypted on the server. Optional upload permission is requested separately.

Audio and transcription

Your original Drive files remain in Drive. If you explicitly request automatic transcription, the selected recording is sent to OpenAI to produce a transcript. Folder scanning does not automatically transcribe recordings.

Account access

Your workspace requires a signed-in account. The JockDeck owner can see account details, access status and usage counts, and grant free access or extend a trial. Disconnecting Drive stops future access without deleting your original files or saved notes.
